The trainees undergo a preliminary test, mid-terms and final assessment.
At each test or assessment stage the learners are interviewed as to knowledge and understanding of the principles, observed on the performance of each task and measured against standards of production.
This pre-supposes that trainees commit themselves to the production of vegetables and fruits as a major part in the completion and certification process.
